Tom Maynor: Head Tennis Professional 

Tom served as head professional at other local clubs before joining Mountainbrook full time in the fall of 2024. In addition, he has held head coaching and assistant coaching positions at numerous Division 1 universities. Tom leads juniors and adult clinics, as well as provides one-on-one coaching through private and group lessons.

Rachel (Ray) Zubrinsky: Assistant Tennis Professional

Ray is a Charlotte area native, and played for 10 years under Coach Tom. She was a 2 time state champion and went on to play college tennis at Brandeis University. Ray assists with juniors and adult clinics, and is available for private and group lessons.

Aissa Benchakroun: Assistant Tennis Professional 

Aissa Benchakroun, a native of Morocco,  competed nationally and internationally throughout a successful 10-year junior career. He continued to pursue high-level tennis and, three years later, reached a ranking of 137th and earning selection to represent the Moroccan National Team in the Davis Cup. His coaching career began at the La Mamounia, and continued at South Carolina State and Hampton, where he developed his skills working with players of different ages and levels. Aissa assists with juniors and adult clinics, and is available for private and group lessons.
